Electronic Signature Definitions
Electronic signatures are defined as electronic information attached to, having a direct relation to or associated with electronic information made by signatory to indicate his identity and status as legal subject. Digital signatures are specifically mentioned (“including and not limited to the use of public key infrastructure - digital signature”) as well as other options such as biometrics and symmetric cryptography.
