ICP-Brazil , the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure was launched on 5 December 2001.
Overview
Brazilian law requires that digital signatures are certified by ICP-Brasil (the official Brazilian PKI) in order to be valid or they can be certified by other certification authorities as long as the parties agreed to be bind by these digital signatures.
