Electronic Signature Definitions

Electronic signatures may be in the form of a word, letter, number, symbol, sound or other forms logically associated or attached to electronic information. The security of an electronic signature must be ensured. An electronic signature is deemed to be secure if it is verified by a test progress agreed by the parties to the transaction and it meets other conditions provided for in the law.
